Speed and Acceleration Programs

  • We start with a thorough medical history and physical examination. This includes a full-body assessment—range of motion, strength tests, balance and coordination, and any other necessary testing.  
  • Next, we’ll conduct a movement analysis to identify potential muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, or inefficiencies that may affect your performance.
  • We will also conduct baseline strength and power testing help guide the design of your program and measure your progress objectively to ensure you achieve your targeted goals.
  • Finally, we’ll measure your baseline speed and acceleration through a series of specific tests to establish your starting point. This will help us identify areas for improvement to optimize your results.

Team Training Plan

  • This is a one-day program designed for high school teams. 
  • The initial session includes athletic screenings for each athlete- including baseline speed and acceleration testing.
  • Training program 
    • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and speed and acceleration drills  
    • Team-specific training plan – (Pre-season and in-season) – to be performed as part of team practices/training 
  • Email and phone consultation for coaches to address any questions about the program

Small-Group Training Plan

  • This program is designed for off-season training.
  • We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment and baseline testing. This includes performance-based testing and a goal-setting session.
    • Training includes 2 sessions per week for 12 weeks 
  •  
  • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and sport-specific exercises
  • Follow-up re-testing in the 6th & 12th weeks to measure progress and adjust the program as needed.
Cost = $50 per athlete for each session (up to 6 athletes per session)
