Golf-Specific Training

One-on-one or small group training programs

  • We start with a thorough medical history and physical examination. This includes a full-body assessment, range of motion tests, balance and coordination tests, and other necessary testing to help golfers improve their mobility, strength, club head speed, and power.
  • Next, we’ll conduct a golf-specific Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening to identify mobility limitations and weaknesses affecting golf performance.
  • Finally, we will conduct specific testing, including strength, power and club-head speed baselines, to help guide your program’s design and measure your progress objectively.
  • Our goal is to ensure you optimize your physical capabilities and performance through structured training plans focusing on components like:
    • Mobility
    • Strength 
    • Power
    • Drills based on golf performance goals
  • Our programs also incorporate recovery protocols to optimize results and minimize the risk of injury. 

Independent Training Plan:

  • This is a one-day program designed for golfers.
  • The initial session includes TPI screening for mobility and strength, baseline clubhead speed, and power testing.
  • Training program 
    • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and speed and power drills  
    • Team-specific training plan – (Pre-season and in-season) – to be performed as part of team practices/training 
  • We’ll design a personalize 12-week independent training plan based on goals
    • Your program will be emailed to you to perform independently 
    • Weekly progressions are emailed at the start of each week

One-on-One Training Sessions

  • This program is designed to optimize physical and sports performance.
    • We will provide one-on-one guidance and design each session based on your goals.
    • We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment, TPI screening, and a goal-setting session.
  • A 12-week personalized golf-specific training program including the following:
  •  
    • 2 sessions per week for 4-6 weeks 
    • After the initial training period, you can choose to go to 1 session per week or keep training 2 days per week

 

  • Every program includes the following:
    • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and golf-specific exercises
  • Follow-up re-testing in the 6th & 12th weeks to measure progress and adjust the program as needed.
