These customized programs focus on building your speed, power, and strength to maximize physical performance.

Performance-based Training

- Comprehensive Assessments - Personalized Programs 

  • Thorough medical history, review of past medical history, and physical examination that includes a full-body assessment—range of motion, strength tests, balance and coordination, and any other necessary testing.  
  • Movement analysis includes observing movement patterns and sport-specific skills and tasks to identify imbalances, restrictions, or inefficiencies and optimize performance.
  • Baseline assessments of strength, power, and overall mobility provide a starting point and guide for our training progression and help us reach targeted goals.
Option #1 -

Independent Training Program:

  • 60-minute athletic screening and goal-setting session 
  • Personalized 6-week training plan based on your personal goals & using exercise physiology principles to optimize your results!
  • Program to be performed independently that includes:
    • Mobility drills
    • Dynamic Warm-ups
    • Sport-specific strengthening exercises
Cost = $175 total
Option #2 -

one-on-one Training Sessions:

Cost = $100/session
  • 90-minute comprehensive evaluation, baseline performance testing, and goal-setting session
  • A 6-week personalized training program 
  • 60-minute one-on-one sessions – 
    • 2 sessions per week 
  •  
  • Personalized programs include the following: 
    • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and performance-based strength exercises
    • Follow-up re-testing at the end of the 6th week to measure and progress the program.

Speed and Power Training

Option #1 -

One-on-one Training sessions:

  • 90-minute comprehensive evaluation, baseline performance testing, and goal-setting session
  • A 6-week personalized training program 
  • 60-minute one-on-one sessions – 
    • 2 sessions per week 
  •  
  • Personalized programs include the following: 
    • Mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, and sport-specific speed and power drills and exercises
    • Follow-up re-testing at the end of the 6th week to measure and progress the program.
Cost = $125/session
Option #2 -

Small-Group Training Program:

  • 90-minute comprehensive evaluation and baseline testing for all aspects of athletic performance – including baseline speed, acceleration, & power testing
  • A 12-week training program 
      • Two weekly 60-minute sessions to ensure technique, consistency, and performance.
      • Follow-up re-testing in the 6th & 12th weeks to measure progress and adjust the program as needed
4 athletes per Session - Cost = $50/Athlete Each Session

Speed & Power programs

Golf-Specific Programming -

Option #1 -

Golf training programs

  • Using Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) training and certification techniques to help golfers improve their mobility, strength, clubhead speed & develop power.
  • TPI screening to identify mobility limitations and weaknesses affecting golf performance.
  • Individual goals that are sport-specific, performance-related, or both.
  • Structured training plans focusing on components like:
    • Mobility
    • Strength 
    • Power
    • Drills based on golf performance goals
  • Our programs also incorporate recovery protocols to optimize results and minimize the risk of injury. 

Physical Therapy:

We offer cash-based sports-physical therapy services tailored to your individual needs, including

Virtual Assessments

  • We start with a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, including movement testing, to identify the nature and severity of injury or pain.
  • Based on your evaluation, we’ll make clearly identify and explain the source of your pain or injury. Next, we’ll provide a detailed treatment plan and recommend further testing as needed.
  • We’ll provide clear instructions on the steps you need to recover and guidelines to minimize the risk of future injury.
  • All home exercise programs are unique and tailored specifically to address your needs!
Option #1 -
30-minute assessment & Personalized Treatment program - $75/session
Option #2 -
60-minute assessment & Personalized Treatment program - $150/session

In-person Assessment and Treatment Program

  • Our physical therapy evaluation includes a thorough medical history, a review of past medical history, and a physical examination. 
  • The physical examination starts with a hands-on assessment and movement screen to identify the nature and severity of injury or pain.
  • We test your range of motion tests, strength tests, balance and coordination, and any other necessary testing.
  • Our targeted movement analysis includes observing movement patterns and sport-specific skills and tasks to identify imbalances, restrictions, or inefficiencies limiting your physical performance.
  • Recommendations and guidance for rehabilitation or further testing as needed.
  • Clear instructions for the steps you need to take to recover after injury and guidelines to minimize the risk of future injury or pain.

Physical THerapy Evaluation

60-Minute consultation to assess your condition.

Includes targeted exercise to address your specific needs and be performed independently.

Cost = $175 for Initial Evaluation
